Why Visit Jordan
Petra alone would be reason enough, but Jordan offers so much more. The otherworldly desert of Wadi Rum, the buoyant waters of the Dead Sea, Roman ruins at Jerash, and a capital city with incredible food and genuine warmth. It is one of the safest and most welcoming countries in the Middle East, and it is more accessible than you might expect.

What to Expect
The Jordan Pass simplifies entry and covers most major sites. Distances between highlights are short, making it easy to see a lot in a week. Jordanian hospitality is legendary. You will be offered tea constantly, and you should always say yes. The light in the desert is some of the most beautiful you will ever photograph.
